Trainspotting Soundtrack To Be Reissued On Vinyl

September 16, 2016 in news

Based on novel by Irvine Welsh, the movie has become a bit of a cult classic since it’s release 20 years ago, in no small part because of the incredible soundtrack that accompanies the movie.

Featuring a mix of classic post-punk, Brit Pop, techno rave ups and ambient come downs from the likes of Blur, Pulp, Iggy Pop, Brian Eno, New Order and the ubiquitous Underworld, this soundtrack is a microcosm of the British music scene of the early to mid 90s.

Released on November 11, the classic collection of tracks will be pressed onto a limited edition orange record, with a standard black vinyl coming after.

No details yet on pre-orders, but stay tuned as this will most likely sell out pretty fast.
